Michelle Randles School of Dancing was officially established in January 2004, in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. In August 2008 we were extremely pleased to take over the Deanne King School of Dancing, where Miss Michelle had originally trained before Kilburn School of Dancing.

Here at MRSOD we pride ourselves in teaching classes in NATD Ballet and Pointe work, Tap, Modern stage and Musical Theatre. As well as Acro, Lyrical, Contemporary, commercial,  Hip hop and Performing Arts,. The newest edition to our timetable is Earlt movers a Pre school dance syllabus with the NATD.

The school is currently teaching 250 pupils from Babies  to Adults. We offer teaching with structured classes involving dance techniques, confidence building, discipline but most of all fun (especially for our younger pupils).

We also pride ourselves in nurturing those dancers who wish to develop dance/performing as their chosen career paths, we have seen dancers through MRSOD who have and are currently studying at Italia Conti Academy of theatre Arts,  Emil Dale’s performing arts academy and Addict Dance Academy. 

Our experiences involve NATD examinations annually, we also regularly perform in London's West End at Her Majesty's Theatre, Saddlers Wells and The Royal Albert Hall. Our greatest achievement to date is successfully audition to perform in Disneyland Paris in August 2014 and 2016!! We can’t wait to do it again! We also encourage our dancers to take part in regular auditions and many of our students take part in Pantomimes at Christmas time. We are also involved with many community performances such as Summer Fayre's, Carnivals, and Garden Parties etc. These performances are extremely important to us as we are a community based school that love to perform for our home.  The highlight of the year is our school dance showcase at our local theatre, The Castle Theatre Wellingborough.
